Lots of options, fab food.

Gorgeous place, I really enjoyed extremely patient personnel.

it was tidy with exceptional customer service. the hotel had peaceful location not far from the beach and rethymno mare and water park again.

The Superior Double or Twin Room Sea View offered fine views right from the balcony. I appreciated the comfort of the sitting area. The terrace was a nice touch too. Housekeeping ensured the room stayed tidy, but I did notice some inconsistent cleanliness in common areas. The food quality at main meals was awesome, yet the variety could use improvement, especially if you're staying for an extended time. A highlight was the shared private pool experience-it was both fun and relaxing. The bar seemed understaffed, leading to longer wait times for drinks. The atmosphere around the pool was lively. All in all, the room's amenities were satisfying, but attention to cleanliness and staffing could enhance the overall experience.

Exceptional service throughout our stay.

Comfortable and neat place, wonderful view of the sea. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the suite, plus a safe box, central heating, and coffee/tea making facilities. Caring and exceptionally attentive staff members, stunning location near to Rethymno Mare and water park, the town centre, and the sea.

Family suitable getaway

The kids loved having a private pool to themselves which was fantastic for fun and relaxation. One night, the staff surprised us with a birthday cake for my son, it was a real sweet touch.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still worth it for what we got.

everything was simply perfect. it was a wonderful and absolutely gorgeous hotel in a very comfortable area, right by rethymno mare and water park again and water park and the restaurant. the room was spotless and lovely, really enjoyed its views over sea. the staff was very amiable and created family atmosphere. the excellent service and the attention to detail!

It was magnificent and neat hotel. I was upgraded to a well-maintained room with comfy double bed. I liked being in this place.

The water park kept the kids entertained all day.

The bar had some lekker cocktails and the staff were chommies, always making us feel welcome. The private pool was flipping epic, we had it to ourselves most days!

Food variety should step up a bit, same old same old every night, not much for the kiddies.

The staff were wonderfully accommodating, and the poolside snack bar offered a variety of tasty options (the cocktails were good!). The atmosphere around the aqua park was lively and cute, perfect for the family.

There were several cleanliness issues throughout the hotel, such as cobwebs and stains in the rooms, which certainly need addressing. The food variety fell short, with limited options that became repetitive and lacked proper labeling. There were long wait times at the bar during peak hours, which dampened the evening vibe. The maintenance of common areas left something to be desired, detracting from the overall aesthetic and safety. Lastly, the route to the beach felt unsafe, especially for families with children, which could be a significant concern.
